Returns & refunds
- You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or refund.
- To start a return, message us on our Contact page with your order number.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve them.
